After a 20-year lease, Veritiv Express was now moving out of this 10,080 SF space. As you can imagine, two decades of heavy industrial use including storing and shipping pallets of paper goods, the space was in rough shape.

We worked with top-notch subcontractors to perform major concrete slab, truck dock and drywall repairs in order to get the space ready to lease again.

With our team and solid pre-construction planning, we knocked this project out in under two weeks and under budget. The space is now all cleaned up and ready to walk with potential new tenants!
