This 3,600-square-foot renovation involved a full-scale demolition and rebuild of the existing dining room, kitchen, and restrooms, creating a clean slate for a highly efficient and modern restaurant environment.
All mechanical, kitchen, and electrical systems were upgraded to meet current code, with entirely new equipment installed throughout. The result is a thoughtfully engineered space that supports the demands of high-volume service while maintaining a seamless flow between front- and back-of-house operations.
Located on North Monroe Street in Spokane, Seng’s Asian Barbecue brings a dynamic, grill-at-your-table dining concept to life—one that required both precision and adaptability in construction. The finished space pairs durable, high-performance infrastructure with striking interior finishes, supporting everything from the constant turnover of grill plates to the energy of a packed dining room.
With its immersive atmosphere, custom artwork, and efficient layout, the project reflects not just a rebuild, but the realization of a long-held vision for a vibrant, community-centered restaurant.
