Pride Prep: Phase 4

Moving into phase 4, we've transformed an office & warehouse space into even more space for Pride Prep.

This part of the building will be for the high school students and includes a new Multi Use room, Chemical Labs, Gym, Principal and Vice Principal offices along with new restrooms.

All the old finishes and walls were removed and replaced. As part of the project, the HVAC and Electrical systems were completely redone to meet current energy code. This is our four phase of construction for Pride Prep. They now occupy all 60,000 SF of the building! Just another example how repeat clients are helping us build our business.
