Leaky Water Main

Not all of the projects we work on end in a beautiful finished building or space but that doesn’t make them less important.

A long time client called us with an emergency after the City of Spokane notified them about a water main leak on their property. We jumped right to work with a leak detection company to find the leak then hired the best subcontractors to repair and complete the job along with our superintendent.

From these photos, it may not look like a lot of work but we coordinated emergency locates, traffic control, night repairs, city inspections and were successful in laying asphalt in the last week the asphalt plants were open!

We also maintained constant contact with all the tenants affected by the work. By quickly providing high level services through constant communication, we are able to deliver high quality results and set ourselves apart from the rest!
