LB Stone Facade Project

Completed last summer for LB Stone Companies, this marks the sixth successful collaboration with a trusted and valued partner. Finley Construction was brought on to execute a comprehensive exterior façade upgrade, transforming the building’s presence and functionality. The scope included the installation of two new aluminum storefront entrances and awnings, infilling outdated CMU wall openings, and adding new doors, brick wainscot, metal siding, fresh paint, and updated lighting—bringing cohesion and modern appeal to the structure.

Spanning 15,316 square feet, the revitalized building is now positioned to attract new tenants and support a wide range of commercial uses. As part of LB Stone Properties Group’s broader portfolio—spanning warehouse and industrial properties across the western United States—this project reflects a continued investment in enhancing property value through thoughtful upgrades. The result is a clean, durable, and welcoming exterior designed to breathe new life into the space and the businesses it will soon house.
