We led the charge in transforming a broken-down warehouse and office space into the workplace they needed.

8,703 SF tenant improvement taking old nasty office and warehouse space and completely updating the finishes and layout. In 12 weeks we helped develop plans, handled the permit process with the City Of Spokane and completed the project.

Scope of work included complete demolition of the existing walls and finishes, new demising walls, new restrooms, new skylights with upgrades to the HVAC and electrical systems.
