ULTA Beauty’s new location at Franklin Park Mall brought some tough challenges, but in the end our agile construction process produced a solid storefront in North Spokane.

Despite some in-process complications to that arose, our team handled these issues with ease and kept moving forward. We incorporated a from-the-ground-up re-design of the exterior facade wall along with several owner-requested change orders without slowing progress on other portions of the project. We are able to do all this on the fly with great communication between the design team, the tenant and the mall owner.
