All of the saw-cutting and concrete demolition has been completed.
The Manshop HQ: Glass, metal and finishes
Beautiful day here at the new The Man Shop HQ. Lots of activity as the glass goes in and metal siding go on along with all the interior finishes Can’t wait to wrap this project up and deliver Mike Howe, Summer and Joe Lobe the building they deserve!
The Man Shop HQ: Rooftop units set
Another eventful day onsite as the rooftop units were set and we began installing the vinyl fencing. Interior work is ongoing with rough in, insulation and drywall.
The Man Shop HQ: Framing and HVAC
Our team is thankful for some great weather this week while we finish up drying in the roof, installing window frames and waterproofing the exterior sheathing. The interior walls have been framed and the HVAC and Electrical subcontractors have started on their rough in.
Moving quickly in June
We're keeping busy in June with a few projects, including the new Medical Lake firehouse.
